Best Laptops with GTX 1650 this is the first laptop with GTX 1650 Ti graphics I’ve ever tested so there are no others to compare against at the moment, however, I found it interesting that The lower power section lost 85 watts 5500M just below this test, although of course there is a very big difference between the older 3750H and 4600H as well.
These are the results from Far Cry 5 with excellent settings in the built-in reference point. This time the 5500M was just above that. I’ve got the FA506II model here, so these are the specs we’re dealing with, 6 core CPU, my first time with a GTX 1650 Ti, 16GB of memory, and a 144Hz 1080p screen, I’ll test response time too. The GTX 1650 Ti graphics has 4GB of VRAM and ultra-settings need more than this.

guides for best laptops with gtx 1650
A gaming laptop GPU is as important if not more important than the CPU so this laptop it ships with GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 this GPU is 50 percent faster than the GTX 1050 which ships with you know a bunch of other gaming laptops it has a whopping 896 CUDA cores which is amazing for a laptop GPU it has four gig of dedicated gddr5 video ram and it supports 128 gigabytes per second bandwidth so that translates to excellent gaming performance you will be able to run almost all modern games at1080p resolution without any issues at full HD resolution.
I was able to play GTA 5 at 88 frames per second at normal settings and 61 frames per second at high setting far cry 5 I was able to play that at a respectable 45 and 41frames per second under similar setup rise of Tomb Raider I was able to play that game smoothly at 82 and 58 frames per second while host recon it ran at are spectacle 42 and 38 frames per second by the way in addition to gaming this laptop is also an excellent content creation workstation the four core eight thread core i5 paired with this powerful GPU it provides a perfect machine for running Photoshop and various you know video editing software’s like Adobe or the Vinci resolve.
So if you are looking for a powerful budget laptop you know to edit your YouTube videos I think this should be on your shortlist also the GTX 1650 supports hardware acceleration on all popular codes so like h.264/avc vp9 all these codecs will be hardware accelerated and so that means when you are watching Netflix or when you’re watching YouTube and you want to play 4k video they will play smoothly without any drop frames.
Gaming laptops tend to have horrible battery life but this one has a decent battery life in my opinion so it’s part by the pre-cell battery which has 51 what our capacity. so I was able to get around four and a half hours of battery life during continuous video playback at full screen and with Wi-Fi turned off and the screen brightness dropping it to 25% I was able to actually get about five and a half hours of battery life.
so that Is not bad for a gaming laptop so this laptop comes to the 150-watt power brick which is able to charge the battery from zero to full in about two hours so I would say you know keep your power brick handy if you are planning to indulge in long gaming sessions when it comes to thermal heat dissipation MSI has put three heat pipes and a single fan to cool both the CPU and the GPU. I did not see any throttling or stability issues during long gaming sessions so in my CPU stress test involving finding prime numbers the CPU ran at 3.5 gigahertz for the first few seconds before dropping to a steady 2.3 gigahertz and that’s the base clock frequencies of this CPU and all the while the temperature remained at around 65degree Celsius. So I think MSI has done a decent job with cooling and there was no you know throttling or overheating now the fans did get loud at peak load but I expect most gamers you know they will be using headphones so I think that should not be an issue.
MSI GF63 FHD Gaming Laptop
- 5.6" Fhd, IPS-Level 120Hz 3ms 94%NTSC, 100%sRGB
- Intel Core i5-9300h 2.4 - 4.1GHz
- 256GB NVMe SSD
- 8GB (8G*1) DDR4 2666MHz, 2 Sockets; Max Memory 64GB
It’s all about the specs if you are not familiar with the MSI brand it’s a company heavily involved in making pc components like motherboards GPUs and you know other add-on cards for while MSI has been making splashes in the gaming laptop market. So the GF 63it’s designed for gamers who don’t want to spend a fortune on their laptop so what exactly are you getting for $750 you are getting a 15.6-inch 1080p display you are getting a ninth-generation Intel Core i5 processor at GTX 1650 GPU.
You are getting eight gigs of system ram and you are getting 512gig of SSD storage so I think these are pretty good specs for the price point moving on to round two and it’s all about the build quality so this is one sleek-looking laptop in my opinion it looks more like a premium laptop than a traditional gaming laptop so the top led it’s made of brushed aluminum and the rest of the body is made of hard polycarbonate thanks to its aluminum top the laptop body feels very sturdy and solid in hands so the bottom of the laptop it has these intricately designed angles bumps and slants which not only look cool but they also help with the thermals so the uneven bottom it raises the laptop base and this helps with the airflow.
There are two hinges holding the screen and since they are located at the corners they are able to provide good support with minimal flex the top of the lid has this bright red MSI dragon logo against a stealthy black brushed aluminum finish and I think it looks really cool so the same aestheticism carries over to the keyboard which has these black keys with red edges the keyboard is backlit enabled but you know it only supports red color so unfortunately RGB coloring is not there and it may disappoint some RGB fans.
Now honestly speaking I really don’t care about the RGB backlighting I think the red backlighting on the keyboard nicely complements the overall aesthetics of the laptop unfortunately the brushed aluminum finish it’s a fingerprint magnet so you know you have to keep a microfiber cloth handy to scrub all these fingerprints that you know you are going to be putting on your laptop so overall I think the build quality is pretty good with no unintended gaps or crevices between the materials.

MSI GF63 FHD Gaming Laptop lcd
The screen is full HD coming at 1920 by1080 resolution it’s an IPS panel and supports 60 Hertz refresh rate the screen is fairly bright and you know it measures around 250 nits of brightness and it also supports wide viewing angles I think the color reproduction is also good it’s vivid and consistent and even at extreme angles it looks ok the side bezels are minimal measuring only four-point five millimeters and the top bezel it’s just wide enough to house a 720p webcam it’s impressive how MSI has managed to put a 15.6-inch screen on a traditional 14inch laptop chassis the only complaint. This laptop lacks a high refresh rate screen so issue stuff laptop which also sells for roughly the same price as MSI it does provide a 120 Hertz display and I think high refresh rate screens are great for gaming and I wish if MSI had put one in this laptop but unfortunately that’s not the case.
MSI GF63 FHD Gaming Laptop hardware
The internal hardware respects so MSI of 63 it comes with an Intel Core i5 processor from the coffee-like family ,specifically this is the ninth generation Core i5 nine three zero-edge the edge actually stands for high-performance CPU so this is a four-core eight-thread processor operating at 45t watt TDP it is able to automatically overclock from 2.4gigahertz to 4.1 gigahertz. while it still maintains the same 45-watt thermal envelope as a result this laptop can deliver snappy performance,
while remaining relatively cool so in the pass mark CPU benchmark this CPU scores 9852points and compared to the top 10 common laptop CPUs this CPU occupies the second spot right behind the more expensive core i7 processor for a budget gaming laptop I think this is a really good CPU choice you will have no trouble running any modern games at optimal setting it will also handle day-to-day tasks like surfing running office suites and other productivity software without any issues.

Product description:
The Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 is a budget-friendly gaming laptop with a lot to offer for the money. It’s got an all-black plastic build. The Lenovo does perform better in multicore workloads. The balanced mode was a little cooler, probably due to the fan speed increase.
The idle temperatures were good with a 21degree Celsius room, stress tests were done with the Aida64 CPU stress test with stress CPU only checked and the Heaven GPU benchmark run at the same time, while gaming was tested playing Watch Dogs 2. With the stress tests running, the quiet mode is the warmest due to lower fans, then balanced is a fair bit cooler, completely acceptable.

ASUS TUF A17 Gaming and Entertainment Laptop

- 9th Gen Intel® Core i7-9750H processor;
- 7.3” Full HD (1920x1080) 120Hz IPS-Type display

The ASUS TUF A 17 is a budget-friendly gaming laptop with nice specs, ASUS just lists the weight as 2.3kg, The TUF has a black brushed plastic interior, however, there are two designs of lids. Fortress gray, which is the cleaner metal design, and Bonfire black, which is all plastic similar to the interior with red trim around the edge or corners.
The metal lid feels noticeably nicer while the plastic did make it feel a bit cheaper, however, neither version had any sharp edges or corners. but this will vary based on which model you get. This model also just has one M.2 slot.
The model in the middle has two M.2 slots, while the one on the far right still has two M.2 slots, but instead of the 2.5” drive bay. The RTX 2060 model weighed the most at almost3kg when including the power brick, and this is because all three machines have different-sized bricks, as specified here.
The dimensions are pretty standard for a 15” gaming laptop, the height only varies just slightly based on which lid you get, but it’s minor I couldn’t really notice it with both sides by side. The A15’s screen bezels are on the thinner side at 8.5mm on all models. It’s available with three different screen options, as listed here, however, all three of my models have the same 15.6” 1080p 144Hzscreen with the lower color gamut option, though all options should have Free Sync.

These laptops are a great choice for those looking to enhance their computing experience without spending a fortune.
